Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, sugar, butter and shortening until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally.
Beat in flour, baking soda and salt til it forms a ball. With spoon stir in candies and nuts. Spread into a 13 x 9 ungreased pan.
Bake 15 to 25 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
