Combine cake mix and nuts in a bowl
Stir in butter and evaporated milk
Spread 1/2 of the batter in a 13 x 9
Combine the caramels and remaining evaporated milk in small saucepan and cook over low
Sprinkle morsels over baked layer
Drizzle melted caramels over chocolate morsels
Drop remaining 1/2 of batter in heaping teaspoons over the caramel
BAKE at 350 for 20-25 min
