Very easy to make
Preheat oven to 350?.
In bowl, mix 1 ? c. flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking soda,
Add butter, mix until crumbly.
Reserve ? cup.
Press crumbs in bottom of 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes
Combine ice cream topping and ? cup flour, whisk together til smooth.
Drizzle to edges (of oat mixture, after baked)
Combine pecans and reserved crumb mix.
Spread crumbs and chocolate chips over mixture.
Bake for 13-18 min. or until bubbly and golden brown.
Tastes best when warm!!
