Combine first four ingredients, mix well. Press into greased 18 cm x 28 cm lamington pan. Bake in (180C) oven 10 minutes. Combine Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, butter and golden syrup in a pan. Stir over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, stir constantly further 5 minutes. Spread over base, bake further 10 minutes, cool.
