Suggest a better descriptionCombine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melt in bowl in microwave. Set aside.
Combine cake mix with remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk and butter. Mix with electric mixer until dough holds together. Stir in nuts.
Spread half of cake mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Then, pour melted caramels over chocolate chips, spreading as evenly as possible.
Crumble remaining cake mixture over caramel layer. Return pan to oven and bake approximately 18 minutes longer. Chill 30 minutes and then cut into small bars.
