Line 8 in square pan with wax paper, letting ends extend for tabs. Combine graham crumbs with sugar and butter; mix well. Press mixture firmly over bottom of lined pan. Combine filling mix and milk in bowl; beat as directed on package. Spread half of mixture in crumb-lined pan. Stir melted chocolate into remaining cheese mixture. Spread over layer in pan. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Chill at least 1 hour. Carefully remove bars from pan. Makes 16
