Slowly melt chocolate with butter in double boiler. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy in food processor fitted with metal blade or with electric beater. Blend in sugar and cinnamon. Add melted chocolate, vanilla and sour cream. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into chilled crust and bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Filling may still be runny but will firm up as it chills. Chill 3 to 5 hours. If cracks develop, shave semisweet chocolate over the top. Serves 10 to 12
