-Let butter melt at room temperature
-While butter is melting, heat 3/4 cup of milk, add 3/4 cup sugar and melt 1 unsweetened chocolate tablet.
Ounce melted let stand.
-Crush graham crackers and blend with butter
-Add all other ingredients to cuisinart and mix. Add the chocolate, sugar, and milk mixture. Combine and pour in cheesecake pan
-Bake @ 425 for 35 minutes

-put sour cream and peach pie filling
