Suggest a better description1. Peel the banana, break into chunks, and freeze for several hours or overnight.
2. Soak the dates in water for at least 30 minutes to soften, then drain.
3. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana chunks, dates, almond butter, frozen cherries, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and unsweetened soy/nut/rice milk. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. (If having trouble blending, you may need to let the frozen banana chunks soften a bit.)
