In small mixing bowl, with mixer, combine pudding mix with milk.
Beat on low speed 1-2 min. Or until well blended. Allow pudding to thicken
Slightly, then stired in the cherry pie filling. Gently fold in cool whip.
Spoon into parfait glasses or bowls.
Chill for 2 hours.
