Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 deg. Beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add 1 Cup of morsels, melted. Mix well. Stir in oats, flour, baking powder and salt, mix well. Cover dough and chill 1 hour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, press deep centers with thumb. (I use lg wooden spoon handle). Place a maraschino cherry into hole. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until set. Remove to wire rack, cool completely. Drizzle cookies with remaining 1 cup of melted morsels.
