Suggest a better descriptionbring red wine, sugar and cinnamon to boil over medium-high heat. add cherries and simmer for a few min. remove from heat and set aside. medlt butter and chocolate together and set aside. in bowl over warm water, whisk eggs til tripled in volume. fold eggs into cohoclate mix. drain cherries ande fold into chocolate with 3 tb of liquid. spoon into 8-10 buttyer molds. place in pan of water and bake at 400 for 5-7 min. cover with foil and bake 5 more min. chill for 2 hours.
