Easy and excellent chocolate chess pie recipe. We got this recipe from another church member that would bring it to pot luck suppers.
Grease 9" pie pan and place unbaked shell in pan. Mix sugar, cocoa, and butter. Stir well. Add eggs, beat with electric mixer for 2 1/2 minutes. Add salt, milk and vanilla extract. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
