Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place avocado, maple syrup, vanilla extract and egg in a bowl and blend well. Add salt, cocoa powder, baking soda, and flour flour. Mix until fully blended. Add in chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop place on parchment paper. You will have to spread cookies into a cookie shape as they will not naturally spread while baking.
Bake for 8 minutes. Cool for about 10 on the counter.
You can eat immediately or store in airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for up to a month.
