Mix butter, sugar, and eggs(one at a time).
Mix milk, bananas, and vanilla
In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Stir together slowly until still a little lumpy.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 60 minutes on bottom rack.
Cool for an hour before serving.
You shouldn't use glass bread pan. It is cook the bottom too fast and cause burning and uneven cooking. To store or give as a gift, be sure to pry from pan with a knife or spatula. Wrap first in plastic wrap, then in tin foil tightly to lock in moisture.
