Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 F (190 C) Grease tin or insert paper liners In large bowl cream with electric mixer butter and sugar. Add and combine well egg, banana and baking soda dissolved in hot water. In smaller bowl combine well flour, salt, nutmeg, walnuts and chocolate chips. Combine wet and dry mixtures and fold together gently until just mixed. spoon into prepared pan and decorate top of each muffin with walnut half.
