Chocolate Chip Bars
1. Mix sugar, flour, margarine. Use a fork and mix till it looks crumbly. Reserve 1 Cup for topping.
2. Add egg, vanilla, salt, milk, baking soda - mix with mixer, if possible.
3. Add chocolate chips by hand.
4. Grease 9x13 pan (bottom and sides). Sprinkle a little bit of flour in pan, shake pan around till flour has coated bottom and sides. urn pan over and over wastebasket. Tap bottom to remove any excess flour.
5. Put mixture in pan. Sprinkle 1 cup reserved topping over it.
6. Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. Let cool a little before cutting.
Like chocolate chip cookies, but a bar instead.
