3 eggs
3/4 to 1 C brown sugar
1/2 C melted coconut oil or veg oil
2 C buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup baking bran
1/2 C flax seed
1/2 C oatmeal
1 mashed banana
In a second bowl combine:
2 C all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 C chocolate chips
Combine wet and dry, mix until just combined.
Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 min
