Using Mixer....blend cream cheese, butter and vanilla, mix just until creamy....add both sugars a little at a time until blended. Add ChocChips, fold in with spoon or spatula. Cover and set in the fridge for 2 hours (or over night).
Next, place mixture on a piece of SaranWrap and mold into a ball, and place in fridge for an hour.
After an hour, roll in Pecans and let set in fridge until ready to use.
