Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate one hour. Just before serving, roll in pecans, and serve with graham crackers.
* You can also leave out pecans and leave the dip in the bowl.
