Chocolate Chip Cookies (LARGE)
1. Mix together ingredients through eggs.
2. Add flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Add chocolate chips, white chips, nuts, M&Ms (whatever you feel like)
4. From dough, make hockey puck size cookies using a 1/4 or 1/3 cup measuring cup. Freeze cookies.
5. I put pucks on cookie sheet and freeze. Then once frozen, I put them into zip lock baggies and bake later.
6. Do NOT thaw cookie pucks before baking.
7. Bake 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
