Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Set aside. In separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix all ingredients together, then add chocolate chips, hershey bar, and nuts. Place golf ball sized spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 325? for 15 minutes or until cookies are cooked through and lightly browned. Cool for 4 minutes before removing from cookie sheet, then cool on paper towel or wire rack.
