Great cookies!
Cream butter, shortening, sugar and brown sugar. Add vanilla, water and eggs. Mix well until fluffy. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Bake on greased pans at 350F for 12 minutes.
Recipe is actually three times the original recipe. If you want to cut the recipe, cut it in thirds. If you cut it in half, the cookies will not turn out right.
