1. Put butter in bowl and mix to get soft and no longer solid bars
2. Add fructose and mix
3. Add egg & baking soda - mix
4. Add in chocolate chips - mix
5. Add oatmeal flour & almond flour
6. Now mix with hands
7. Add 1/2 cup of oatmeal flour if needed
8. Use parchment paper and roll dough in a cylinder & close the ends
9. Put in freezer overnight
Next day:
1. Cut cookies
2. Optional: Rollin regular oats and create round cookie shape
3. Bake at 355 degrees for 16-18 minutes
