Combine brown sugar, butter-flavor Crisco, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chunks, vanilla chips and chocolate chips with a spoon. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 " apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies will look light and moist. DO NOT OVERBAKE ! Cool 2 minutes on a baking sheet before removing to cooling rack.
