Chocolate, cranberry, cheesecake like bars
1) Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan
2) Cream butter and brown sugar. Gradually beat in flour, oats and orange peel until crumbly. Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries.
3) Reserve 300 g of the mixture
4) Press remaining onto bottom of baking pan.
5) Bake for 15 minutes.
6) Meanwhile, Beat cream cheese in a small mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.
7) Pour over hot crust. Sprinkle with reserved flour mixture.
8) Bake another 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
9) Cool in pan. Cut into 36 bars.
