preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.

1. whip egg
2. cream butter & sugars together till creamy
3. mix egg into sugar mixture, add extracts
4. in a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt
5. add flour mixture to butter mixture, mix till well blended, add chips stir until combined, do not over stir
6. drop by teaspoonful, bake 10-12 minutes
7. cool on rack
