Best muffins ever.
Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil together. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon together. Slowly add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mix until smooth, do not over mix. Add chocolate chips.
Use ice cream scoop to spoon into the muffin cups. Should make 24-30 muffins, depending on how full the cups are filled.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until toothpick/cake tester comes out clean.
