Combine Bisquick, cocoa, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, and sour cream; stir into Bisquick mix until moistened.
Fold in chips.
Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
You can freeze extras!
