Suggest a better descriptionMix first six ingredients together on low. Then beat on medium for 4 to 5 minutes. Fold in the grated baking bar and chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased Bundt pan or Angel Food cake pan. Bake @350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes then dump cake out of pan and cool completely. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top, or drizzle a chocolate glaze.
