Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, pudding and sugar. Stirring with wire whisk, remove lumps. Add oil and water, eggs and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips. (*make sure oven is preheated before pouring into pan - this will not allow the chips to sink to the bottom.) Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes.
When completely cooled, sift powdered sugar on the top!
