Suggest a better descriptionMeasure oatmeal and then blend in blender or food processor to a fine powder (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, German chocolate, and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet.
