Add Oreos (with filling) to food processor and grind into fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter. Press into greased pan and refrigerate 30 minutes.
1) Refrigerate crust. Melt chocolate chips.
2) Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, beat on low speed just until combined.
3) Fold in half of chopped cookies. Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Place crust on a baking sheet.
4) Bake @ 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until center is almost set and top appears dull. Cool 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.
