The icing that goes with my Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake
Icing: Start 5 to 10 minutes before cake comes out of oven. Melt margarine in saucepan, then add cocoa, mix to combine, then turn off heat. Add the milk, vanilla and pecans (if using). Heat over low heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat and add confectioners' sugar. Mix well. Ice cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
If making this for the first time give yourself more time to make the icing.
