in saucepan bring the above mixture to a boil and boil 2 minutes, no longer, remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla. in bowl put 2 1/2 cups oatmeal and 1 1/2 cups cocoanut, pour above mixture over this and blend well. press in a 8x8 pan or drop by tsp. on wax paper, refrigerate.
