Suggest a better description1. Blend first 4 ingredients & pour into block molds. Place in freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
2. To make the chocolate layer, melt coconut oil, peanut butter, cacao, vanilla, salt & honey together in a bowl until combined.
3. Dip each ice cream bar into the chocolate mixture, giving it a generous coat.
*Optional: may add rice crispies, almonds, sprinkles, etc into the chocolate mixture before dipping.
