Melt chocolate in microwave. Combine with oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Chill (I usually chill this overnight). Roll into balls and roll/coat in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
I usually double this recipe.
