Mix dry ingredients
Make 3 holes in flour mixture
Place vinegar, vanilla, & oil each in a seperate hole
Pour cold water over all
Use ungreased 8"x8" pan
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min
Let set for 5 min before taking cake out of pan
