Suggest a better description1. Mix first three ingredients and press in 9x13 pan to make the crust. Bake 15-20 min at 350 degrees.
2. Mix the next three ingredients and pour over cooled crust.
3. Mix both puddings till smooth. Spread over cream cheese mixture and top with remaining cool whip.
4. Grate chocolate on top. Refrigerate.
