Suggest a better descriptionMix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Roll dough into small balls, roll in confectioners sugar and place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
