These are great because you can make the dough in advance. Little ones love to help roll them in powdered sugar!
Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in eggs one at time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients. Add to chocolate mixture and mix until well mixed. Chill for several hours or overnight. Roll into balls and roll into powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
