Suggest a better descriptionMix flour, bakkng powder and cinnamon. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixder until fluffy. Beat in eggs until mixture is pale. Beat in vanilla and chocolate until blended. With mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended. Refrigerate dough about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray cookie sheet.
Shape dough into heaping 1 inch balls. Roll in confectionary sugar. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake about 12 minutes until tops are puffed and cracked. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cookies ar soft when hot but firm and chewy when cool. Remove to wire rack to cool.
