Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
In a stand mixer, mix cake mix, eggs, water, oil, sour cream and pudding. Mix on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into paper lined cupcake trays, 3/4 of the way full.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
