Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
1. In a large bowl combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and form a well in the center.
2. Combine the eggs, coffee, buttermilk and oil and pour into the well and stir until blended.
3. Pour in a prepared muffin tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
