1. Melt chocolate and brush up cupcake liner to make cup. Chill cup for about 10 minutes to set.
2. Remove and remelt in microwave for about 20 sec. If necessary, reinforce any weak spots with chocolate. Return to fridge and reset about for 20 min. Pop out of liners.
3. To serve, put a scoop of ice cream or sherbert in cup and add chocolate curl to garnish.
