Suggest a better descriptionSteps: Combine flour, egg yolks, milk, water and butter, blend until smooth. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until firm, gradually add in sugar to the egg whites beating well in between additions. Fold egg whites into the batter and cook until crisp in the preheated wafflemaker. Cool waffles on a wire rack. Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in a zip lock bag in the microwave on low heat. Cover two oven trays with foil. Dip waffle segments into the melted chocolate to coat both sides. Place onto trays and refrigerate until set. Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Nutty Caramel Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan and add the nuts, cook until lightly toasted. Add golden syrup and sugar and continue cooking, stirring continuously until mixture is smooth and thick. Let cool slightly and then add sour cream until all is incorporated.
