2. Puree beans, wheat bran, and 2 Tbsp skim milk in food processor.
3. In a bowl, beat margarine, flour, Splenda, bean puree, cocoa powder, skim milk, egg, vanilla, and baking soda until combined.
4. Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Bake until firm about 10 minutes.
