Mix vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until almost thick. Fold in thawed whipped topping until mixture thickens. Make a layer of graham crackers in 9 x 13 inch pan or dish. Pour about half the pudding mixture over crackers, add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix, spreading evenly. Place a layer of crackers on top. Chill 1 hour. Frost with favorite chocolate icing or spread top with 1 21-ounce can cherry or other pie filling.
