Cream filled pastry with chocolate on top. Finger sized for parties. Can be formed larger for dinners.
Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Add flour and mix well. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time until blended. Form dough in finger shapes on cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until brown. Cool and then cut off the tops and scoop out the filament.
Mix pudding mix according to directions using half and half instead of milk.
Melt chocolate and water over hot water. Blend in sugar and water. Beat only until smooth, not stiff.
Just before serving fill shells with pudding. Replace tops and then drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
