1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor until combined and nuts are a desirable size.
(if you don't have a food processor, you can chop them all by hand, it will just take a long time)
2. Spread into a baking dish lined with cling wrap to be approximately 1cm thick.
3. Place in the fridge to cool for 2 hours.
4. Cut into desired portion sizes.
